| Appointments |
| Call in advance, especially for weekend
appointments. If you have a Gift Certificate, remember
to bring it! |
| Cancellations |
| Kindly give us 48-hours notice if
you are unable to keep your appointment. We would be happy
to reschedule for you. |
| When to Arrive |
| Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment
to ensure that your treatments will be on schedule. Should
you be detained, please call and we will try to adjust
our schedule to accommodate you. |
| Dressing for the Spa |
| Dress comfortably! If you wish, bring a
change of clothing. We provide robes, slippers, towels,
shower facilities and lockers. Please bring your personal
toiletries and deodorant. |
| Contact Lenses |
Bring your solution and case with
you, as
you will need to remove your lenses for any
facial treatments. |
| Jewelry |
All jewelry should be removed and
stored in your locker. Jewelry of significant value should
be left
at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen
articles. |
| Purchasing Products for Home Care |
Our estheticians are qualified to answer
most questions, as well as recommend products for
you to use at home. Our staff are not paid commission,
so you can be confident that
their recommendations are personalized and
highly objective. |
